Consumer Disappointed, BMW Pulled Beef Circuit In The City



Automotive: A manual BMW Ser-3 Kabriolet in China, hire a cow for 1,000 Yuan, to pull the car around the town. This is done because upset with dealer in town who could not fix it despite the BMW repaired repeatedly.

The owner was very disappointed with the attitude of not serious and lack of a sense of responsibility from the dealers. Though to have a premium sedan, he had to spend 548,000 Yuan.  However, the results obtained with the consumer. It was like a slap to BMW considering these events will greatly affect directly the sales of BMW cars themselves. They should be able to handle this case soon. If top management is not able to handle, this case will be shattering company's reputation that have logo star triangle. Most will not reduce the amount of BMW car sales.

negative publicity often appears or is deliberately appear to consumers who may be in direct aid by competitors. Consumers are always weird and a lot of wants. To fulfill the will, the company must be good at strategy. Social services are also needed to reduce the negative issues as experienced by BMW.
